  • From 2018 to 2020, we were brought in to lead Crane's reinvention across brand, design, strategy, marketing, people, and operations. Our mission wasn’t to create a new company but to bring Crane back to its rightful place as an innovative company rooted in craft and human connection.

    Going deep into its rich history, we unearthed and teased out the threads to bring forward and make new again to appeal to new generations of stationery and artifact lovers. We layered this across technology and print innovation while preserving and celebrating its handmade human-centric nature.
